G shape Evaporator Bending Machine is the latest equipment for bending the evaporator of ceiling air-conditioner. There are many kinds of models (evaporatoor bending for G,O or L shape and CNC Evaporator Bending Machine) to meet with the requirements from the cuntomer. It is used with the follewing car(trolley) and envelope plate. It is also used R setting device and drived by frequency converting digital motor. It can be operated witjh two different radius and three bendings.

Controlled by PLC. Bending angle is set by man--machine interface. It has the features of high automation and easy operation. One opteration can complete the forming if workpiece.
The speed of bending motor can accelerate of decelerate evently and it is also adjustable.
